Meet Gilde:
Gilde has been working as a Dental Assistant for 35+ years. She first attended Dental School at the University of Carabobo in Venezuela, her native country, and then continued her education when she moved to the United States. Gilde's warm nature, gentle touch, and welcoming spirit helps patients feel more relaxed and at home during their visit. Her ability to speak English and Spanish fluently allows her to open up to a wide reach of patients. Gilde believes every day at work is just another chance to help patients maintain and achieve beautiful, healthy smiles. Outside of the office, you can find her spending time with her daughters, playing with her grandson, crafting, and enjoying nature. When you come to our office, Gilde will likely be one of the first people to greet you with a warm welcome and a huge smile.
Meet Ruth:
Ruth joined the Plaza Dentistry team in April 2007. With a total of 20 years in the dental administration field. She specializes in creating long term relationships with patients while helping them plan financially for their services.
Outside of the office Ruth has been a full time caregiver for the past 24 years. Specializing in compassionately caring for the bedfast and chronically ill. In her spare time Ruth loves to spend weekends with friends, reading human psychology books and home decor.
No matter how busy her day may be, patients know they can always count on her to be available for them.
Meet Janet:
From a young age, Janet was drawn to the power of a smile, so it was only natural that she pursued a career in the dental field. After graduating from the City College of Technology’s Dental Hygiene Program in 2017, she began her career in the fast paced and demanding environment of NYC. Working on 14th Street in Manhattan meant being at the crossroads of many diverse patients each with their own needs. She not only brings her experience, but she has also proudly developed the ability to connect with all of her patients which she believes is crucial to creating the ultimate hygiene experience.
Meet Lana:
Lana has been in the dental field since 2005. Her passion for dentistry inspired her to become a dental hygienist. Lana holds Bachelor of Science degree from Fairleigh Dickinson University and an Associate of Applied Science from Bergen Community College.
She takes pride in providing quality dental care, creating a positive and comfortable experience for each patient. She strives to educate her patients to set and to reach their oral health goals. She has experience in Pediatric and General Dentistry. In addition, she holds a local anesthesia license.
Lana is a native of Minsk, Belarus, and when she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She is passionate about traveling, dancing salsa, and trying new cuisines.
